Hi, I'm Ezekiel, founder of The Pet Passport Co., a practising veterinary surgeon and qualified Official Veterinarian (OV).
I've spent years working in small animal veterinary practice, caring for pets and the people who love them. I have been certifying pets for travel for over four years now. Along the way I've seen just how unnecessarily complicated travelling abroad with animals could become, and how much the process was hated by owners and vets alike! Confusing requirements, expensive appointments, endless paperwork and far too much uncertainty for what should be an exciting experience.
I WAS SURE THERE WAS A BETTER WAY!
The Pet Passport Co. began with a simple idea: make travelling with pets easier, more accessible and considerably less stressful.
What started as a small, independent mobile veterinary service in Cheshire quickly grew through word of mouth and the trust of our clients. It became clear that pet owners across the country were looking for the same thing: straightforward advice, transparent pricing and a convenient service delivered by knowledgeable, approachable vets.

Outside veterinary practice and building The Pet Passport Co., you'll usually find me exploring the Scottish hills, running trails around Edinburgh or planning the next adventure.
Often, I'm accompanied by Kenzo, who's very much part of the inspiration behind what we do.
Kenzo is more than a four-legged companion. His propensity for excitement is what inspired me to make adventures with pets as accessible to everyone as possible!
Because pets aren't just animals we leave at home. They're part of our families, our routines and, wherever possible, our adventures.
Whether it's a weekend exploring the Highlands or a trip somewhere much further afield, I believe bringing them along should feel exciting, not overwhelming.

Although EU pet passports are set to return, the exact date of their reintroduction has not yet been confirmed. Until then, Animal Health Certificates (AHCs) are still required for travel to EU countries and for re-entry into the UK. These certificates remain a legal requirement and must be obtained prior to each trip. Rest assured, once pet passports become available again, we will be fully equipped to assist you with issuing them. In the meantime, our team is here to help you navigate the current travel requirements and ensure your pet’s journey is smooth and compliant.
