By using our website or booking a service with Animal Health Certificates Cheshire ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provide home-visit veterinary appointments for the purpose of issuing Animal Health Certificates (AHCs) for pet travel, in accordance with current UK and EU regulations. All certificates are issued by a qualified Official Veterinarian.

2. Eligibility

You must be the legal owner of the pet(s) and have the authority to request veterinary certification. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date pet and travel information.

3. Payment Terms

Fees are payable at or before the time of the appointment. Pricing is as follows:

• £129-£199 for a first-time AHC, dependent on subtype

• £89 for subsequent AHCs booked within 6 months of initial

• ​

Additional fees may apply for urgent and out-of-hours visits, or home visits outside of the catchment area as dictated by administrator.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. An administration fee of £50 will be charged for all cancellation before this point.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full. Refunds are not provided once a certificate has been issued.

Appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice without incurring a fee. 

5. Limitations and Responsibilities

We are not responsible for denied travel, delays, or other consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the client, or from changes in travel regulations. It is your responsibility to confirm entry requirements for your destination.

6. Confidentiality

We handle all client and pet data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.

7. Liability

We accept no liability for losses resulting from the use of our services, except where required by law. Our veterinary liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
